Carlos Casares

Carlos has spent decades advising entrepreneurs, business families and boards through complex questions of strategy, governance and human relations across many countries and cultures. A disciple of Juan Antonio Pérez López, he combines an anthropological perspective with a Socratic approach. He has supported company growth, professionalization and sale processes, served on boards across four continents and developed an extensive academic career in Latin America and Europe, where he is Professor Emeritus.
